SkinnyNinja here with another earnings update.
As you all know I have been writing articles lately for Textbroker in order to make some extra cash.
The thing is I have been getting faster at this each day. I know what works, I know how to create fresh content fast, and I am improving at it each day. Fast, fast, fast. That is what I’m all about lately. When I get going I am like a machine. Pass me the Mountain Dew, etc.
So anyway I decided to do 2 time trials this morning with my breakfast while writing some articles for Textbroker. The first one was an hour and I did it right after I woke up. Then I took a break and worked on my other websites for a while and checked email and stuff and then later I decided to do another 1 hour time trial. So I just completed the second 1 hour block of writing articles and decided to stop for the day. For crying out loud I have to go work my day job in a little bit here.
So that is 2 hours I put in writing articles for Textbroker this morning. To be honest I went over by a minute or two on each hour. But it was pretty close in each case.
2 hours of work.
How much did I make in those 2 hours? $63.70
For all of you math wizards out there, that is over 30 bucks an hour. I am not used to that rate of pay in the least.
Anyway here is the breakdown and the screen capture. I wrote 14 short articles total in the 2 hours:

I also see some new assignments popping up in the Textbroker inventory, which is a positive sign in my opinion. If I’m going to crank out ~15 articles a day then there has to be a steady demand for new articles. From what I am seeing, their inventory typically holds around a 1,000 articles at any given time, and as they get written, new ones are being ordered by people. Seems like plenty of writing to go around for the time being.
Certainly for the foreseeable future, this is a nice and easy income stream for me. Yes, it is active, and takes some work, but the rate of pay is too high to ignore. It is too high to turn it down.
Yes, I could be putting those 2 hours every day into my own websites and build an asset for the future. I am still doing this to an extent, but I am going to focus on income for a while here I think. 30 bucks an hour is too good for me to turn it down. In the meantime I will continue to build my passive income on the side like I always do. That seems to grow slowly no matter what, regardless of how hard I work.
But dude…..30 bucks an hour, sitting here in my own apartment, listening to tunes on the computer, casually eating breakfast and sipping Mountain Dew before I go to work. That is just nuts.
So I suppose I will start milking this a bit. I guess my short term goal is 60 bucks per day, that seems reasonable. I could easily crank out twice that but why risk the burnout, right? 60 dollars per day works out to just under 2 grand per month in extra money.
For just 2 hours work. Every day.
So that is the new plan.
Ninja out.

Ninja,
This sounds like you are on to a winner! Keep writing, if you enjoy it and are making easy money it would be silly not to!
