My flagship website is set up exactly as described here, with a user forum, and I only add a new article to the website once every month or so, if that. It is no longer necessary for me to add new content to the site. Yet it continues to generate a full time income, year after year, without me having to put in any additional work into it. This is the goal, the idea of achieving “passive income.” Note that a whole lot of work had to occur up front, but then eventually, the authority website is strong enough that it can maintain itself or even grow slightly over time with no further work involved.
An asset was created that produces income and it has become essentially maintenance-free. This is about as close to passive income as most people will ever get. There is a clear road map to achieving this sort of goal and building this sort of business outlined in the mini course.
