One way to do this is to start a website of some sort and post useful information on that website. This is a very slow way to make money at first but if you stick with it for a long time and keep pumping out content and promoting it, then eventually you will be making passive income through doing so. It takes a lot of effort up front but in the end you will be able to work less and enjoy a steady stream of income.
